Snow fun!!!

Well we FINALLY got a really good snow, this was the first one all year. Sawyer has been wanting it to snow and asking to go "snowing" since December. So I'm extremely glad he finally got a big snow to play in. He was so excited when he woke up, he rushed to the back door to check and see if we got snow. He just stood there with this look of awe and wonder and whispered "Wow!!"  Daddy stayed home all day, which Sawyer was very happy about. We had pancakes for breakfast and then quickly got all our snow gear on and headed out. Lilly even had snow bibs, a big puffy coat, mittens, and a hat. But she only lasted about 10 minutes and then she was done. 

Sawyer loved sledding with his neighbor friend, Branson. 

He made a snow angel, we had a snow ball fight, and made a snow man. 

When we got cold we came in for hot chocolate and snow cream. We ended the day by ordering a pizza and cuddling up on the couch. It was a fun snow day and brought back so many memories of snow days when I was a kid. I'm so glad I get to relive then through our kids now.
